Employees who attend courses or seminars that are directly related to their work and development within NCU Training are paid for by NCU Training and are typically initiated by the Manager or staff member.
Learning and development are provided to all employees to ensure that they have an appropriate level of knowledge and skill to carry out their job function and its related quality requirements.
The Academic Standards Quality Officer in conjunction with The Training and Business Development Manager are responsible for all aspects of training and related activities.
The Academic Standards Quality Officer, in conjunction with members of the management team, will carry out an assessment of training annually for all employees. A training plan, based on an individual’s objectives and targets, is prepared based on this assessment.
