The dress code at NCU Training is designed to contribute to the creation of a professional work environment for employees and clients.
The Dress Code in the organisation is smart casual. Smart casual is defined as meaning no tracksuits, revealing clothing, shorts, cropped tops, disco gear, string vests, football jerseys, torn jeans, etc. Employees may be required to wear business attire where they are involved in presentations, board meetings and other meetings as instructed by their Manager. As clients visit our sites on a regular basis, we need to ensure that these guidelines are followed and respected.
The policy covers all permanent, temporary and contract staff.
